What’s Included?
Furniture.
Your rental is move-in ready. Just bring your clothes and any other things you need to feel at home. Bedding is not included, so pack your favorite sheets!
Bills.
Your monthly rent includes all of the utility bills, plus high-speed wifi. You don’t have to worry about sorting through bills or shelling out extra cash each month. We’ve got it covered!
Cleaning.
We provide monthly cleaning service of the shared common areas at no extra cost. All housemates are responsible for keeping things tidy, but we pitch in as well!
