We run background and credit checks on all tenants prior to approval. There is a $35 non-refundable application fee per tenant.
To keep move-in costs low, we do not require a traditional cash security deposit. Instead, we allow approved tenants to sign up for Rhino security deposit insurance. Rhino pricing depends on your income and credit score. We will invite you to Rhino if your application is approved.
